VP Cheney’s Former Aide May Use Memory Loss As A Defense?

The “Failure-to-remember” defense has now been tossed into the media regarding Lewis “Scooter” Libby’s charges of lying. I think it tells us of months of “thinking” about the unfolding of this story that will certainly cause more stress for the Bush presidency.
